All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

Shipping

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for items being shipped to incorrect addresses. Please ensure the correct address is presented at the time of purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees required for international shipping and/or duties. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If additional cost are accrued the purchaser will be contacted directly by Shontelle Dubois Inc.
